Shaughan Sparks Cummings is an immigration lawyer who graduated from BYU Law School in 2008 and is licensed to practice in Utah. She is a professor at the Walton College of Business, where she teaches courses in dispute resolution, organizational change, and strategic management. She has a master's in public administration and speaks Spanish fluently.
Michael Cummings
Michael Cummings is a business lawyer who graduated from BYU Law School in 2008 and is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Arkansas. He is also a professor at the Walton College of Business, where he teaches entrepreneurship courses and conducts award-winning research on business and immigration topics. He holds a PhD in Business from the University of Minnesota and is fluent in Swedish.
